He builds the structure that lets ambitious ideas actually ship, pairing long-term product thinking with the day-to-day discipline of execution. For the team, he sets the standard and keeps everyone pointed at outcomes that matter.
Awanish drives brand, growth, and go-to-market at Troopd. Practical and hands-on, he is a doer and a relentless self-learner who has built brands from scratch and knows what it takes to grow them across markets, including international geographies. He owns marketing end to end and keeps it anchored to revenue growth, treating traffic and leads as steps toward the real goal: business results.
